Plaza of the Americas was downtown Dallas’ first mixed-use development and remains one of the most recognized developments in the Dallas Arts District. The complex contains 1,233,266 square feet with 132,157 square feet of integrated retail, two 25-story office buildings and a 416-room Marriott City Center hotel – all connected by a 13-story atrium. M-M replaced an underutilized ice-skating rink with an urban garden designed by the office of James Burnett, creating an ideal place for tenants to collaborate, have lunch and get out of their offices.
