Dan Lipnick has been involved in real estate investment and development since 1980 with experience that encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, development and investment and asset management; with direct responsibility for projects exceeding $2.0 billion. Prior to M-M Properties, Mr. Lipnick served as an executive with Maxxam, Inc., Transworld Properties, Bettencourt, Lipnick, & Associates, Eastdil Realty and The Golder Corporation. Mr. Lipnick earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University, and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
